About the Principal
Prior to founding his firm, Ron C. Llewellyn practiced corporate and securities law at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher and Flom LLP in New York and also served as in-house corporate counsel to two corporations in the New York City area. Mr. Llewellyn also serves as New York Of Counsel to the Washington D.C. law firm, Gray Haile LLP.
Mr. Llewellyn is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania Law School and Yale University and participates in several legal professional associations, including the American Bar Association (ABA), New York City Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association (NYSBA), the Queens County Bar Association and the Regis Alumni Bar Association. In addition, Mr. Llewellyn is a member of the ABA's Forum on Franchising and the NYSBA's Business Law Section and its Franchising, Distribution and Licensing Committee.
Mr. Llewellyn has been a featured speaker for NYC Business Solution’s seminar “10 Steps to Starting Your Own Business” and periodically conducts seminars on legal issues affecting entrepreneurs and small businesses.
